At Health, Wellness, Sleep we believe that light should do more than simply illuminate. It should enhance health, protect the natural world, and support human wellbeing indoors and out, day and night.

With nearly four decades of award-winning experience, our ethos is rooted in scientific integrity, independent thinking, and a deep respect for the interplay between light, biology, and the built environment.

We champion supporting mitochondrial health, mental health, fatigue reduction and helping your body flourish whilst inside or out. Daylight exposure is our starting point but when you have to be indoors we deliver solutions that maintain health, not undermine it.

Our Mission

Health Wellness Sleep exists to improve human health, wellbeing, and sleep through science-led lighting interventions. Combining essential daylight exposure with spectrally specific artificial light to support mitochondrial cell health, circadian sleep wake cycles, mental wellbeing, and quality of life. From parents and babies to teenagers, menopausal women, workplace teams, schools, hospitals, dementia care environments, and palliative care settings, we show how light can support the body, and why poor lighting should never be accepted as normal.
